Travel Planning Services and Fees

My services are tailored to the level of support required for each trip. The below guidelines outline when planning and coordination services are provided on a complimentary basis and when service fees apply.

Initial Consultation

I offer a complimentary 20 minute initial consultation call for all new trip inquiries. This call allows us to discuss travel goals, destination fit, timeline, and overall planning scope before moving forward.

Hotel Bookings Only

Complimentary for properties with an average nightly rate of $500 or higher.

  • For properties below $500 per night: $100 fee applied unless the total stay is over $1000.
  • I provide up to three hotel options per destination.
  • If your destination is undecided and requires exploratory research, a planning fee of $150 will apply.

Hotel Bookings + Light Itinerary Assistance

Includes booking management for airport transfers, 2 dining reservations, and up to 2 tours. Planning fees below.

  • If the nightly hotel rate is over $1000: Complimentary
  • If the nightly hotel rate is below $1000: $200
  • Fees apply to up to four travelers; additional fees apply beyond four.

Full Service Itinerary Design

Includes comprehensive planning for transfers, guides, tours, activities, and dining reservations. Starting at $100 per travel day.

Flight Bookings (Fora Flights)

Available for international Premium Economy and higher cabins only. All tickets incur a $50 per passenger ticketing fee through Fora Travel. Includes ticket issuance, airline liaison support, schedule monitoring, and 24/7 in-travel air support. Airfares are ticketed at purchase and are not eligible for repricing if fares drop.

Cruise & Air/Hotel Package Bookings

  • Complimentary when total package value is $2,500+.
  • Below $2,500: $100 booking fee per reservation.

Consultation Only Services

Consultation sessions are available at $250 per hour for clients seeking professional travel guidance without booking or itinerary design services. Should you move forward with full service planning, consultation fees may be applied toward your overall planning services.

Planning Fee Process

Planning fees will be collected prior to itinerary creation. This allows dedicated time and resources to be invested in designing a highly personalized travel experience.
