Services Offered
Initial Consultation
I offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation call for all new trip inquiries as long as my intake form is completed. This allows us to discuss your travel goals, destination fit, timing, and the overall scope of your trip before deciding how we may best work together.
Hotel Bookings
Ideal for travelers who primarily need hotel recommendations and booking support.
- Hotel bookings with an average nightly rate of $500+ are generally serviced without additional planning fees.
- For hotels below $500 per night, a $100 hotel research and booking fee applies unless the total stay exceeds $1,000.
- Up to three hotel options are provided per destination.
- If destination selection or broader exploratory research is required, a planning fee starting at $250 will apply.

The Sweet Spot
Designed for travelers who want the “big pieces” of the trip beautifully organized, while keeping space for free time, unexpected discoveries, and traveling at their own pace.
This service is designed for clients who want the major logistics thoughtfully arranged, including hotels, transfers, and key experiences, without requiring comprehensive day-by-day itinerary management.

Fee Guidelines
- Hotel bookings averaging $1200+ per night are generally serviced without additional planning fees
- Below $1200 per night: planning fees typically start at $250 per destination
Pricing applies to up to four travelers. Additional fees may apply for larger groups or more complex itineraries.

The VIP Treatment
For travelers who want to simply arrive and enjoy, while the logistics, reservations, and finer details are expertly handled behind the scenes.
This is a comprehensive planning service where I manage the details from beginning to end, including hotels, transfers, private guides, tours, dining reservations, special experiences, flights*, and the countless moving parts in between. Whether it is a multi-stop journey through Japan, a honeymoon in Italy, or a bucket-list safari, I work closely with trusted destination partners to create a trip that feels effortless, enriching, and uniquely tailored to you.

Planning Fees
Full-service itinerary planning begins at $100 per travel day, with pricing dependent on trip complexity, number of travelers, and overall scope of services.

Flight Bookings (Fora Flights)
*Available for international Premium Economy and higher cabins only. All tickets incur a $50 per passenger ticketing fee through Fora Travel. Includes ticket issuance, airline liaison support, schedule monitoring, and 24/7 in-travel air support. Airfares are ticketed at purchase and are not eligible for repricing if fares drop.

Cruise & Air/Hotel Package Bookings
- Complimentary when total package value is $2,500+ per person.
- Below $2,500: $100 booking fee per person.

Planning Fee Process
Planning fees will be collected prior to itinerary creation. This allows dedicated time and resources to be invested in designing a highly personalized travel experience. I also require clients to sign a Terms and Conditions form.
